I have some question.
I want to know that there is Power IC for LPDDR5 VDD2.
Below is our customer's spec.
If there is no part for LPDDR5 VDD2, is it possible to use TPS62869 for this?
If no, could you recommend part to me?

Do you have any specific regarding the power of this VDD2 ? Feature wise ? Timing ?
If you are simply looking for a simple 1A-rated Point of load converter, I would suggest the latest TPS62A01, low Iq to provide a High efficiency at low current conditions.
For VDDQ, not all converters can go down to 0.5V or are able to dynamically adjust Vout from 0.3V to 0.5V in operation. That is why TPS62869 is suggested for supply of VDDQ.
