LMG3410R150: Pspice model - problem with Coss

Hi Team,

I have a question regarding pspice model of LMG3410R150.

I am using this cicuit as primary switches in half bridge LLC resonant converter topology, where Coss capacitance of the switch has important role in order to achieve soft switching.

So, I started from Pspice Model test circuit for this component to get familiar with it. But I ran into a problem with Coss capacitance.

Namely, in datasheet Coss,tr=68pF. I calculated that time needed to disharge this capacitance with load current of I_load=3A and dc link voltage od Vdc=480V is t=2*Coss,tr*Vdc/(I_load)=22ns

In Pspice Model test cicuit, I can see that time needed to discharge this capacitance is much bigger than expected (180ns, almost 10x bigger).

I did not change anything in model test circuit (adding additional capacitance to switch node or something like that).

Can anyone help me with this?
