May I double confirm with you the R9 change to 10ohm in 1S application is the same reason?

I'm not sure I follow the question, it looks like you linked the same part number?
For 1S designs the diode must be replaced with a resistor for the BQ40Z50 for the reasons mentioned in the other post.

Sorry for confused. I know the diode must be replaced because original design is to block reverse current.
How about the purpose to replace R13 to 10ohm?

Both should be replaced because the lower voltage supplied to the gauge, with R13 at 100ohm the voltage drop across this resistor could cause supply issues for powering the gauge.
