LM285-1.2-N: LM285LPRE3-1-2

Part Number: LM285-1.2-N

Dear Sir,

Will you please confirm what is the exact difference between two part numbers.

LM285LPRE3-1-2 and LM285Z-1.2/NOPB

  • Hello Vicky,

The only differences between the two part numbers are:

    Change in reference voltage with current when IZ = I(min) to 20 mA is 12mV @ 25C and 30mV @ -40 to 85C in the LM285LPRE3-1-2 and change in reference voltage with current when IZ = I(min) to 20 mA is 10mV @ 25C and 20mV @ -40 to 85C in the LM285Z-1.2/NOPB.

    Reverse Dynamic Impedance when IZ = 100μA, f = 25Hz is is 0.2-0.6 Ohm @ 25C and 1.5 Ohm @ -40 to 85C in the LM285LPRE3-1-2 and Reverse Dynamic Impedance when IZ = 100μA, f = 20Hz is is 1 Ohm @ -40 to 85C in the LM285Z-1.2/NOPB.

    Average temperature coefficient when IZ = I(min) to 20 mA is ±20 ppm/C @ -40 to 85C in the LM285LPRE3-1-2 and Average temperature coefficient when IZ = 100 uA is 150 ppm/C @ -40 to 85C in the LM285Z-1.2/NOPB.

NOPB also means that the part does not contain lead.

    Best,

    Walter
