TPS62442-Q1: How do low-vin bucks operate without a BOOT/PH

Part Number: TPS62442-Q1

This is mainly a question out of interest - why do all of our Wide-VIN bucks require a boostrap capacitor and have a max duty cycle of something like 96-98% but then when I look at low-vin devices like TPS62442-Q1, TPS62850x-Q1, TPS6281x-Q1 they all do not have a bootstrap circuit and can do 100% duty cycle? What differences do they have for driving the high side FET that allow this difference?

Kevin
