1. How can we shut down the PFC or derate the PFC through microcontroller in case of Temperature of MOSFET going High?

2. How can we shut down the PFC or derate the PFC through microcontroller in case of Input Voltage dropping below 185V how to derate the PFC by 50%?

3. How to manage the LLC voltage and current requiremnets received on CAN?

4. How can we manage or detect earth leakage fault?

    Thank you for the query.

    For points 1&2 you will need to control the OVP/EN pin of the PFC from your microcontroller and as these are diital signal you will need to use isolators between PFC and MCU. In the first case the decision will be based on a temperature sensor. 

    For LLC please let us kow the specific part number of LLC controller you are using. Please open this as a new thread quoting the part number.

    For scenario 1,2 &4, we do not have any reference design demonstrating any system level solution with microconntroller.
