USB2GPIO-LOADER-SW: Not able to open a I2C file after selecting I2C interface

I installed USB2ANY explorer from TI SDK. I changed my interfaces to I2C. I'm not able to see I2C option popping up( I tried in my friends laptop, it worked. There are few options to load a file and write it to EVM) and in user manual I2C pins are listed as J4 9,10, but in my device it is showing   as 7,8 pins. we both are using same version 2.8.2.0.
