TLV733P: Operation under Vin near the lower limit

Hi team,

My customer wants to use TLV73312PDBVR for Vin: 1.8V and Vout: 1.2V.

In the datasheet (6.5 Electrical Characteristics), for 1.2V ≤ Vout <1.5V and Iout=300mA, it says that the maximum value of VDO is 420mV.

So, it means that Vin needs to be more than 1.62V, right?

And my question is:

Is it OK for them to use TLV73312PDBVR for Vin: 1.8V, Vout: 1.2V and Iout: 300mA since it seems that there isn't much headroom for Vin?
