Hi,

There are two questions about quiescent current of TPS61288, could you please help to answer these questions as below? Thanks!

  • For Boost device, why there is a IQ_OUT, could you please help explain how the IQ into VOUT pin?
  • Why is there such a large difference between IQ_IN and IQ_OUT of TPS61099?

    Hi Zhihao,

    For TPS61288, the internal LDO gets its power from the  higher one of VIN and VOUT. So there's a IQ into VOUT pin during Vout>Vin.

    The test condition Vout>1.1Vin, so the LDO get power mainly from Vout. The current flow into Vin is just leakage current.
