LM36922EVM: 3D CAD model or mechanical drawing (preferably in Altium)

What do you mean as "design files"? AD project such as schematic and PCB layout?

And could you please kindly ask our customer why do they need 3D model of our EVM?

Hi Patrick,

Apologies, The customer doesn't need the 3D model. They need the PCB layout so they can get an idea of to handle trace routing and spacing.
The footprint from Ultra Librarian is not sufficient and lacks detail wrt routing the inner balls on the chip (I2C SDA and SCL). 

Can you help us with this customer's concern?
