LM74610-Q1: PSPICE model usage in LTPSPICE

I need the LTSPICE model of one component –TI LM74610QDGKRQ1 for simulation.

I download the PSPICE model from TI website but it isn’t work.

I don’t know the reason is TI PSPICE model doesn’t adapt LTSPICE or the additional pin .

About the additional pin:

In our schematic: there are only 8 pins:

But the model has 9 pins, how should I connect the “device burnout” pin if the model adapts with LTSPICE.

Hi Alpha,

You should use the unencrypted PSpice model while importing it into other simulators.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to support model related questions in LTSPICE and I would recommend using PSPICE-FOR-TI for simulations.

The most important point is that additional pin, please explain what should I connect even I use PSPICE, because it has 8 pins originally.

Hi Juno,

"Devie_Burnout" is the pin added in order to detect if the differential voltage between Cathode to Anode crosses 45V.

You can monitor it using a voltage probe or leave it floating.
