Part Number: REF5010
Hello Team,
My customer is using the REF5010IDGKT on a new design. This is a 10V output device. They have done some simulations in TINA and have set it up such that they can trim the output from 9.56V to 10.44V. Is this voltage range acceptable and it will degrade the device over time? I don't see a min/max output in the datasheet that should not be exceeded. Is there a min/max output that I do not want to exceed when trimming the device? I appreciate your help.
Regards,
Renan
Hi Renan,
This is an unusually large trim range but should not be an issue. In most cases trim is used to dial in a tighter range of for examples +/-15mV from 10V nominal.
