TPS65131-Q1: Efficiency at High Temperature

Part Number: TPS65131-Q1

Hi,

Here is the datasheet for the part:

TPS65131-Q1 Positive- and Negative-Output DC-DC Converter datasheet (Rev. E)

On page 23, the datasheet shows several efficiency graphs. My application goes up to 80C. Typically, the efficiency of VRMs decrease as temperature increases. I do not know if that is true for this part as well, and so I would like to find out.

1. Does these efficiency graphs remain constant up to 80C?

2. If not, what does the efficiency graph look like at 80C?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Lu Tan
