TPSM84424: the effect about inductor leakage flux

Genius 4165 points
Part Number: TPSM84424

Hi,

Regarding TPS84424 , DC/DC control block and other components are placed underneath the inductor.
Is there any possibility that DC/DC control block is affected by leakage flux from the inductor?
If there's no possibilities, How are TPSM84424 preventing it?

And it would be very appreciated if you also let me know about uSiP and uSiL module. (the possibility of the effect by leakage flux from the inductor, and how they prevent it.)

Regards,

Go

  • Hi Go,

What is your application problem for TPSM84424? TPSM84424 performance is pretty good with no interference between leakage flux of output inductor and control circuit. We only can show the device performance and could not share internal information since it is TI confidential.

    Thanks,

    Nancy
