UCC5350: Drvier for C3M0040120K

Thank you for using E2E! We have many devices that can drive this FET. Since it is a SiC FET and running at 1200V, we have a broad portfolio to support it. I would suggest going to this link and filtering by selecting the "SiC" option under power switch and the 1200V rating. There are my other considerations to take into place such as number of channels, input and output supply, isolation rating, etc, before deciding on a driver.
