Hi Experts,

LM61440-Q1 is D-win in customer side. Now it's mass production status. Could you share the acceptance Criteria for QFN package in our product line?

Due to the packaging type of QFN products, there will be residual glue residue after the ribs are cut in the process. Please provide the standard for the control of residual glue residue, such as the size of the area, etc. So customer can manage the device quality on their product line.
