LM3243: Whether ACB characteristics described in datasheet will affect the stability of output voltage

Part Number: LM3243

Hi Team

As described in the datasheet, the ACB characteristic will provide additional output current at the rising and falling edges of the output.

But this output path is not stabilized by inductance, so this additional jump current is directly added to the output terminal, whether it will cause output instability?

Best,

yanggang

  • Hello,

I apologize for the delay. This website was on maintenance for last couple of days, so, we could not reply to this thread.

I will respond to you by later today.

    Thanks!

  • Hello,

To my knowledge, I do not think the ACB feature will cause any instability in the output as it has been designed in a way to maintain output voltage regulations with minimum ripple during operation. I hope this helps.

    Thanks!
