Hi team,

 

In the TPS2065-1 datasheet, there isn't any specification about the PowerPAD. Where it is connected.

In the datasheet for TPS2065, it said that PAD is connected to GND.

Is it same for TPS2065-1?

    Hi, Ohashi,

    I am not sure if TPS2065-1 power pad is Internally connected to GND or not (to know it we need to check M/B diagram or do a quick test on chip), but I think it doesn't matter, we always suggest to connect power pad with GND pin.
