In my new design i have a USB port with power delivery for charging 5V @2.4A requirement . So i drafted the circuit by using TPS2549-Q1 and LM63635-Q1 , same is attached here for the review ,Please provide me youir feedbacks if anything wrong is in the schematics circuit. Cable resistance i considered as 420mOhm.

Hi Shiju,

/FAULT and /STATUS are open-drained, R290 can be removed.

And for VBUS capacitance, it should be no less than 120uF as per USB-IF USB 2.0 Specification as below:

Buck LM63635-Q1 output (VBUS) i have currently 2x47uF so i need to change it into min 120uF or in the OUT pin (12) of TPS2549-Q1 i need to connect min of 120uF . please clarify.

Rest of the section are fine like LM63635-Q1 feedback section ?

Hi Shiju,

The requirement from USB 2.0 Spec is for VBUS, thus the VBUS pin to GND should at least 120uF.

For LM63635-Q1, as per the datasheet, it looks good from my side.
