Our customer is asking a question to Failure Mode Distribution(FMD) to TPS7B86-Q1.
There is FMD information in the link "">www.ti.com/.../sffs315.pdf". Please see table 3-1 in the document.
The "Short circuit any two pins" in Die Failure Modes, does this mean to short adjacent pins? Or, short to two of any pins in device?
