TPS562231: Soldering recommendations

Hi Ruby,
I meant recommendations for soldering process in mass production ,not just samples.
The customer is using recommended footprint from datasheet.

Maybe there are any additional recommendations on thermoprofile, surface finish, etc.

Did customer use reflow soldering tech in the mass production? I would recommend they to check the soldering flux from their side and I will ask internally for the thermoprofile if we have. Thanks.

Thank you for this doc and recommendations, but they are very general. 

Yes, the customer use reflow soldering tech in mass production. The customer put paste using 0.125mm stencil.

We are interested in some specific technological process recommendations for mass production soldering related to this specific package. We whant to know how we can improve quality of  TPS562231 soldering.
