BQ25723: BQ25723 can not charge automatically

Hi

The customer design with BQ25723, they designed the board and test it.

Without battery the adapter power the system, it works normal.

Without adapter the battery power the system, it works normal.

After the battery is discharged to 9.6 V, then connect the adapter and battery at the same time. The adapter did not charge the battery.

They used the default value and did not use the BQSTUDIO.

    Hi, Star,

    BQ25723 is designed to have AUTO_WAKUP_EN=0 by default. That means it disables auto wakeup feature. It requires the host controller to set the charge current in order to charge the battery. 

    If you requires auto wakeup feature, suggest using BQ25713.
