TPS3828: TPS3828-50 RESET maintains LOW for more than 5s when power on

Hi all,

My customer is using TPS3828-50 and there comes an unexpected issue.

They found when the system power on, the RESET pin would maintain LOW for more than 5s.

It made their MCU which connected to this pin could not operate normally.

Their circuit connection is as below.

Would you please help to find the root cause of this issue?
