Hello,
We are designing the 32S BMS using the BQ76952 and STM32 MCU as an host controller. For that we have to stack the two BQ76952. I want to understand few things related to the stacking of the two AFE's.
1. Communication of Upper and Lower AFE with MCU
We want to use the two separate I2C channels available in the MCU for the two AFEs i.e lower and upper AFE. Instead of using a single I2C channel as shown in one of your reference design i.e 20-Series Battery Management Module Reference Design (https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-01093#design-products). I also want to understand the working of MOSFET switches used on the SCL and SDA lines in your reference design.
2. Charge and Discharge FETs control
We are going with low side switching, and using the Ucc37324 low side gate driver for the switching of Charge and Discharge FETs. To achieve the OR logic using the gate driver ic we have used it as shown in the attached document. Is it fine to use the Gate driver like this. 
3. How to connect LD and Pack Pins when Load detect and wake up functionality is not used.
