Part Number: LM4132

Using the 2.5V reference the output is 2.85V (14% error) with 5.05Vinput and Cin=Cout and 20k Ohms load. If I remove the 20k Ohm load the Vref output measures 4.4V. The EN pin is pulled up to Vin through a zero Ohm jumper. What is the issue?

    Hello Joe,

    Is 2.5VREF connected to other pins that could be adding voltage to Vref? Can you replace the part and measure again? Can the input capacitor value be increased? Cin = 0.11uF is very close to the minimum value of 0.1uF and Cin >= Cout. The REF4132A25DBVR  is an upgraded replacement to LM4132 that offers better performance.
