TPS65910: External components when VDD3 is not used

Hi,

Regarding the VDD3 output, the following parts are to be used in the recommended circuit in the datasheet.

・Inductor (4.7μF)
・Capacitor x 2 (10μF)
・diode

If the 5V output is operated open, will removing the above components lead to problems?
