The UC1842A-SP says that it is tolerant to 30krad TID, but does not show reports for SEE data. My understanding is that it's a bipolar part, and so some SEUs will occur, but likely no destructive SEEs. Am i missing a radiation report here that describes SEE? Is my understanding correct? Does this part have lots of flight heritage?
