Hi 

My customer have few questions as below,

Why the TPS51916 need to support Hi-Z in S3, what is this feature help? 

Why the VDDQ need to support sink and source?

    Hi

    S3 and S5 signal are the control signal from host to determine what kind of sleep state the system shall be to reduce the power consumption.

    TPS51916 need these signal to determine what output shall be on to follow the host.

    TPS51916 is a dual function: VDDQ + VTT

    The sink and source is for the LDO output which is the VTT termination for the DDR.
