Hi team

Customer wants to develop a POL module with 4.5V~16V VIN, 1.8Vout with 40A capacity, and >90% efficiency at the same time. We know that TPS40428 is pairing with CSD95378 in the datasheet and demo, but for customer's case, can TPS40428 pair with CSD95480RWJ or CSD95495QVM? Expect for your reply, thanks!

Hello Shaofeng,

You should be able to pair the TPS40428 with any other smart power stage, including the ones you mentioned. I would also recommend looking at the gen 2.3 power stages, such as CSD95410 & CSD95420. These have a higher RMS current & better ringing performance.
