BQ20Z655-R1: learning cycle [REST] and [QMAX] flags

I was looking at the learning cycle guide SLUA903 and it mentions observing the [REST] and [QMAX} flags in ITStatus() when checking for a valid Qmax update.

However, I cant find any mention of ITStatus() or these flags in BQEVSW or the technical reference guide for BQ20Z655.
