UCC21521: Can NC pin connect to GND?

Hi Team,

When I look at D/S, NC pin has no connection with internal circuit. So, that mean customer can connect NC to GND? or left open is recommended?

Hi Katora-san,

As NC is not connected internally, It can be left open. Especially for Pins 12, 13 -otherwise it may impact the isolation requirement.

I understood they can left open or connecting to GND if customer accept that configuration in terms of isolation requirement. Correct?
