TPS1211-Q1: design tool and what different between LM5060-Q1?

My customer plan to use TPS1211, and have below questions, can you help to provide your comment?

1. Do we have any quick design tool can help customer design this part ?
2. What is the different between TPS1211 and LM5060? They looks very similar.
