You are correct for  INT_COMM_PRI_FAULT_P and INT_COMM_SEC_FAULT_P a value of 0x0 means the fault will not be reported to the nFLT pin, and no action will be taken.

However, as is true for all the faults, even when masked with these registers the corresponding status bits will still indicate that a fault has occurred.
