The customer has a question they are testing the HOT-PLUG,

The voltage will exceed 60v and burn the LMR36015S ,

do you need to suggest adding hot swap?

Usually we will add an RC snubber to reduce the voltage spike during the hot plug-in .and what it hot swap you mentioned. you can share your SCH here if some more review need.

During the experiment, it is confirmed that the PEAK VOLTAGE will exceed 66V and cause burnout

RC snubber may help improve and prevent damage if the voltage could be limited within 66V.
