Hi team,

I have a few questions about TPS7A05.

1. Do you have any materials about temperature shift? If do, I wonder the typical value and maximum value of it. The unit is ppm/C.

2. Have you tested long time stability of the device? My customer wants to know the changes of output after running for 1000 hours.

3. Output voltage noise. Can you help to test the typical and maximum value of output voltage noise under these condition: Vin = 3V, Vout = 1.8V, Iout<2uA, Cin & Cout = 1uF?

Hi Peter,

I am still working on getting the ppm/C data and information in regards the 1000hrs information.

For the Vout noise, is simulation data enough?

It should be close to the real silicon:

In regards the other request, unfortunately we do not have data in ppm/C nor long term drift over 1000hrs.

What is the unit of the vertical axis? Is it V/Hz? Why did you use such unit?

Hi Peter,

The y axis is in nV/sqrt(Hz), and the different colors represent results across different process corners. The maximum value in the plot is 1.2nV/sqrt(Hz). I am looking for samples to measure this in the Lab, however, this will take me some time.
