Hi team,

I have been contacted by customer regarding the reel pocket dimensions being shorter than the data sheet.

If our data sheet is not correct, we need to inform to customer.

Could you please tell me our data sheet is correct or not?

Data sheet reel pocket A0(mm) : 6.9mm

customer measurement A0(mm) : 6.57 or 6.56 mm

so reel poecket dimensions are shorter than the data sheet.

Hello Kyosuke,

The values listed on the datasheet are nominal values. This means that there is an acceptable range where the reel size can deviate. The packaging team is looking to see what the exact range was, but they wanted me to ask you if this is an issue for the customer or if this is just a discrepancy they noticed?
