BQ24735: BQ24735 battery can not power the system

Hi

The customer design the schematic with BQ24735, The single adapter can supply to system normal, but the single battery can not power the system.

Battery voltage is 15.8V, system voltage is 15.2V, BATDRV voltage is 15.2v (SRN15.8V)

The adapter can not charge the battery and supply the system at the same time. 

ACEFT and RBEFT are not turned on, ACDET voltage is 2.6v, VREGN is 5.93v, HIMOS and LOMOS are not turned on, battery voltage is 15.8V, SYS voltage is 15.2V, BATDRV is 15.2v (SRN15.8V)

Attached the schematic for your reference.

Please give some suggestions about this problem.
