Could you let me know the key difference between TPS568231 and TPS568230?

TPS568231 package looks a little bigger. Also it looks a little more expensive.

Both devices have 12A option.

    Hi Itoh-san,

    From high level view, TPS568231 has higher performance compared to TPS568230, especially with lower Rdson for better heavy load efficiency and thermal.

    TPS568230 is a lower cost solution compared with TPS568231.

    For detailed specs difference, since those two parts are different definitions and have many difference, it is hard to list them in a table. You could check datasheet on specific difference.
