Hi team,

Could you advise all the affected parameters and its impact if VBB is above 3V but less than 8V?

It is explained in the datasheet as below. It seems RON is small increased. Is there any other parameters or functions that might affect by this condition?

(1) Device will function within extended operating range, however some parametric values might not apply

Hi Tsuji-san,

The “extended supply voltage” is only for transient conditions such as cold crank (less than minimum nominal supply voltage) and surge/load dump (greater than the maximum nominal supply voltage). The device should only be operated in DC steady state loading conditions in the “nominal supply voltage” range. Protection features such as current limit and short-circuit reliability cannot be guaranteed outside of the nominal range and operating in steady state condition outside the “nominal” range is not supported. Also as you mentioned, the Rdson value might increase during the extended voltage range.
