TPS25200: Behavior of Spice model regarding EN pin

Hello team,

I received a question related following post,
TPS25200: Behavior of Spice model

It seems that the logic of the EN pin is still reversed in the customer's Spice model. (In the simulation data, the inverter is included.)

Sorry for the LTspice model, but I am attaching the image, data and the spice model used.

Hi Masa,

Is it possible for customer to run simulation in PSpice? From where are they downloading lib file? Can you share waveform for eFuse VIN also?

Hello Kunal,

Unfortunately, customers are not used to using PSpice so it difficult... The customer says the lib file was downloaded from the TI website.

Is the VIN voltage here?

Yes V1 looks input voltage. I am not sure what is happening when moving to LTSpice. I will recommend simulating with simple setup first. Like applying a voltage source on VIN. Applying a voltage source on EN and make it go from low to high and then monitor VOUT.
