Hi, my customer is facing the shutdown issue with the BQ24616.

We have not connected Battery thermistor to TS pin. So Resistors are adjusted to get around 2V input.
But IC is disabling battery charging after some time(around 30 min). We are unable to identify the reason for shutdown(STAT1 and STAT2 both are OFF).
Please let me know your suggestions.
