What is the difference between UC1843AJ and UC1843AJ883B? More specifically what does the B represent? I saw the relatively same question in this forum where it was announced no difference but that question didn't reference the B designator.

I saw your post and was interested to know the answer. Here is what I found from a colleague:
The 883 refers to MIL-STD-883. The "B" refers to a Class of screening. I also see "S" screening.
