Hi Team,

Our customer is using Cadence software for spice simulation. He needs the PSpice model for TPSM63606 and TPSM63610 devices for doing simulation. According to our customer the PSpice models available online are corrupted. Do we have working PSpice models of the two devices?

Hi Danilo,

I was able to get a PSPICE simulation running from the TPSM63606 PSPICE file at this link. However I am getting download problems for TPSM63610 PSPICE file. I will reach out internally into this issue. Please use the Webench tool as a quick calculator for your values in the meantime.

Hi Henry,

Thank you for your response. While the PSpice model of TPSM63610 is unavailable from the product page, our customer would like to request a copy. Is it possible to share the PSpice here or thru email?
