Hello E2E Experts,
Good day.
We are using the LP5912Q3.3DRVRQ1 but there are some serious issues. The IC shorts to ground during start up.
Nominal load is less than 100mA. System works fine if external 3V3 PSU is connected.
Before the IC there is a switcher DCDC TPS560200QDGKRQ1 to drop the voltage to 5V. It has a soft start which might influence the LP5912 performance in this case.
Attached are schematic and PCB layout. The grounding is solid and layout recommendations are followed as per the datasheet.
Please advise.
In any case please propose an alternative part.
