UCC27524A: Not find the UCC27524ADGN IC anywhere on Global Stocks

We have manufactured 5 PCB sets of PMP8740 Reference Design for our customer demo. We already get some of components as samples and some of them by purchasing.

We could not find UCC27524ADGN gate driver to bring up the board.There is no stock on any global distributors .

Please could you send 8 pcs of UCC27524ADGN to us to assemble on boards and test.

    Hi Muhammet,

    I see some in stock on ti.com. Also, you should be able to use the UCC27624DGN as well. That one seems to have better supply right now. I don't think I can send you samples directly.

    Hi Alexander,

    I have just looked at the TI inventory, both UCC27624DGN and UCC27524ADGN seems out of stock . Only SOIC package has stock.

    Could you send 8 pcs sample UCC27624DGN or UCC27524ADGN (HVSSOP (DGN)) to be able to go on our test.

    I think I see what happened, sorry about that. As for samples, I can't send them to you. You would need to contact your TI representative for that. 

    Another possibility is to use UCC27424DGN. I believe it should actually be in stock on ti.com, and I can actually confirm this one because third parties like Mouser also have stock available. It has some specs that are a bit worse than the 524, but the differences are minor. 

    Another option is to look for automotive versions of these parts. UCC27624DGN-Q1, UCC27524A-Q1 and such. Some of these may be available with the same specs.
