UC3825B PWM CONTROLLER (COMPENSATION)

We are designing a DC/DC converter using UC3825B. We need a compensator whose transfer function is given below.

                                              4.096 

G_comp(s) = -----------------------------------

        7.92e-6 s^2 + 0.0058 s + 1

Is it possible to implement such a compensator with UC3825B?

 Is it possible to set the poles of the compensator to the required places, without setting a pole of the compensator to 0(DC)?

We do not want to have a pole at 0 (DC). How can we implement the required configuration.
