can connect direct the out pin on the battery for charging?

Hello Luigi,

This is a charger front-end protector, not a charger, this means that the BQ24382 comes before the charging IC/Circuitry and it does not provide charging.

A dedicated charger would be in place of the "Charging Circuit".

Hello Luigi,

Another team is in charge of the charger IC's. I would recommend you open a new thread with a charger and more information so that the charger team can assist you.

What IC you choose depends on the application's requirements.
