Our customer needs to know the thermal information(Θja,Θjb,Θjc(top),Θjc(bottom)) for TPSM53603.

I got this data from the datasheet itself, the customer wants additional data regarding thermal resistance for this component. Can you provide that details? Thank you so much.

I have also provided that application report to the customer before reaching out here but he still wants additional data regarding thermal resistance for this component. Can you provide that details?
