Hi Exert:

our customer is asking TPS65320DQPWPRQ1 FIT /pin FMEA functional safety report , I found the PMIC is non functional safety PMIC.

do we have other same function PMIC (one Buck + one LDO) which have FIT /pin FMEA functional safety report ? If not, I have to find discrete solution promote to customer.

Howdy Roy.

I need some clarification:

1) Have you used this tool(MTBF and FIT Rate Estimator)? TheTPS65320DQPWPRQ1 is included in this tool and gives a report for the FIT rate.

2) Is 1 buck and 1 LDO a strict requirement for the customer, or are more output rails OK? Our portfolio does not have any functional safety rated PMICs that fulfill this requirement.
