Do you know package height tolerant of SOIC-8 UCC27524?

Datasheet only have typical value is 1.75.

Hi Meng,

I believe that value is the maximum allowable height, not the typical. When you factor in the seating plane, I think this should have all of the information you need to know the height and tolerance.

There are some other resources available on TI.com for this package here (step model and CAD file).

Customer care about the height minimum value of this package and datasheet and CAD 3D model doesn't have this parameter so could you please help to check it with package team?

Hi Meng,

I found another E2E question where someone asked the same question. Here is the link. This is the exact same package on a different part, so this answer (1.547mm) should be true in this case also.
